A person has to work on his dietary habits to see the results in his body.
The consumption of 15-20 grams of glucose on a daily basis with a recheck of blood after 15 minutes is effective strategy to balance blood sugar through hypoglycemia diet. Repeat the same process if you still have the symptoms. Eat a small portion of snack with duration of one hour in your meal if blood sugar has reached to normal level.
- Consume high protein meals to treat hypoglycemia.
- Include 15 grams of carbohydrates in diet chart.
- Consume 2 tablespoon raisins every morning by soaking overnight.
- Drink ½ cup juice everyday in snack time to regain lost blood sugar.
- Consume 1 tablespoon of honey everyday at night or in the morning with a warm or cold cup of milk. Don’t use artificial sugar. Try to find pure organic honey because it will be more effective.
- Drink 8 ounces of milk every day for both blood sugar level and healthy bones. Use soya, almond or lactose free milk if you are allergic to lactose.
